Stayed by Victoria station, ENJOYED complimentary breakfast and wine. Friendly staff went above expectations. Room was small but cozy. Would choose again, photos don't do justice.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive, making my solo travel experience so special. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessities. the central location near public transport was also very convenient. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to enhance the overall stay.

Staff at the reception were super friendly, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel’s location is just spot-on and it's a stone's throw from the Tube, making it so convenient to get around the city. I absolutely loved the free cheese and wine from 5pm – what a brilliant touch! 🧀🍷 The room may have been a tad cozy, but hey, it’s great for a quick kip. enjoyed my stay – no major complaints, except for the absence of a full English breakfast, but the continental spread suited me just fine.

The hotel is smack in the middle of everything - you got Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, loads of places to eat and shop nearby. The evening happy hour was an unexpected treat, free wine and fancy cheeses, I mean, what more could you ask for, honestly! 🥂

The rooms at The Z Hotel Victoria are seriously comfy. The handcrafted beds are a dream, and the 40-inch Samsung HD TV with free Sky Sports and BT Sports is a game-changer. Plus, the under-bed storage is super handy for keeping things tidy.

I personally found the bunk-style beds in the Z Family bedrooms a bit cramped, but I can see how they'd be great for families.

Room was small but cozy, with modern amenities. Luggage was taken care of, but noisy basement room with shocking lack of bathroom privacy.

room was very clean with fresh towels & water daily. the hotel is just around the corner from the victoria tube station and 5 minutes walk to victoria coach – and there's a pub opposite the station. the staff helped us get a new room when we had issues and also gave us complimentary breakfast.

One improvement that could be made is expanding the breakfast options. the current selection was limited and didn't match up with the quality of the other amenities.

The air conditioning system in the room didn't work, making it uncomfortably warm. Despite the staff's efforts to cool it down, the room temperature stayed at 27 degrees.

Quaint bistro served classic dishes for 50 years. Loved the Queen's Gallery and the Scottish restaurant with a cigar terrace. The Victorian-townhouse facade was charming and the breakfast had a wide variety.

Oh, and the rooms were so spacious and luxurious. Just kidding, they were smaller than my closet.

10/10 Location was mind-blowing! The unbelievably helpful staff made our stay jaw-droppingly amazing. Our compact yet well-appointed room had a window and everything we needed. The £9 breakfast in the cosmopolitan reception area was super worth it. And don't get me started on the free evening cheese, wine, and ice cream buffet - it was absolutely fantastic. our stay was a super delightful experience with modern amenities like fast wifi, air conditioning, and a TV with a full set of channels. The Z Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

The location was perfect for hitting up Victoria Station and exploring London. We went for a stroll in all weathers and found St John Smith Square for some dope outdoor concerts. Our stay was lit!

We wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for young party-goers.

the staff at the Z Hotel were all very friendly and helpful. the room was well laid out, despite being small, and the bed was a good size and firm. the bedding and towels were soft and fresh. I was pleased to find a late night bar that served a good selection of drinks, including my partner's favorite Innis and Gunn ale. the hotel also offered free wine in the reception/bar area at 5pm, along with a delicious spread of cheese and antipasti. Despite being cheaper than other hotels in the area, it exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's common areas. The soft, cushioned seating and warm color scheme made me feel right at home. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-lit corridors, comfortable seating areas, and conveniently located elevators, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel without any trouble.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with bags on my first visit. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Snack bar. Coming back for Easter.

We had a fantastic time at St. John's Smith Square, a beautiful church that hosts amazing classical music concerts – a real gem in the North of Pimlico. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely walk and enjoying outdoor concerts in the summer.

My kids wished for a dedicated play area for children.
